Are your bags authenticated?
At Her.Archive, authentication comes first. Every piece is carefully verified by our experienced team before selling it. Each product will come with a QR authenticity code authenticity card from CCIC. Full name is China inspection and certification group. We take full responsibility for the authenticity of every pieces.
How can I pay deposit?
Once you confirm your bag, we will send you a secure payment link and pay in GBP (£). A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the item. All sales are final and cannot be returned and exchanged, except in the unlikely event of an authenticity issue.
When will I get my order?
Once your deposit is paid, we will begin sourcing your piece. Please allow at least 6 months for us to find your dream bag.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is sent via Special Delivery by 1pm. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. However, due to the value of each piece, we always recommend collecting in person at our Knightsbridge, London based office.
